Changes to FXR Bazaar Community Management!
My first 24hrs of managing this page - I have already learned a lot from DMs, talking with Nick, speaking to folks/ friends, and posting parts/bikes.
What's not working:
- Paid Parts Posts for a $4/post flat rate... I can't manage this, and it's already shaping up to be more trouble than it's worth... plus, it doesn't really support my future vision for the page. So, going forward, from now on all parts posts are FREE.
- Paid Bike Posts for 1% of the listing price... I can't really manage this either. Currently it's a manual process and up to interpretation. And, bikes don't always sell for asking price. Again, this may have worked in the past, but going forward Bike Posts will be a flat rate of $25/post, in-line with what other Parts pages are doing.
What's working:
- Verification Process - I have started hitting up some people for references. This has been awesome. I will continue to go down the list and approve / deny based upon current follower feedback. Thank you!
