The Topaz has finalized our dates and the rooms are blocked out for next year’s Jam! They've offered us the same rate as last year: $139 for the first 65 rooms booked.

To book online for the group block rate, go to www.TopazLodge.com and use code: FXR25

NOTE:

There’s been discussion about changing the dates and the venue for the WC Jam. After this year's Jam I met and spoken with a few guys who regularly participate every year, and we’re openly discussing this in the future.

Coincidentally, this is around the same time (years 5 and 6) when the East Coast Jam peeps started discussing a new location for the East Coast Jam.

As the guy who has already spent several weeks discussing and researching a change of venue, I should just throw it out there that changing the venue and dates is not a "simple" thing to do — it’s going to take a lot more research and planning.

Consider that...

1) The location should be geographically ideal for everyone, to the best of the event's ability. We're looking at the Central CA Coast.

2) The venue will need to be large enough to accommodate our group, but have a vibe that works for the Jam. The Topaz rooms are right by the chill area and the parking lot. We can kick it and shoot the shit by our bikes all night long... then walk (or stumble) 50 feet to our rooms.

3) The venue should offer reasonable rates. From what I am seeing, coastal venues are small in size and pretty expensive $300-$600/night.

4) The location should have good riding nearby! That's all the fun... I don't know about you, but I'm not tryna kick it in a random desert all weekend a circle jerk with a bunch of dudes on mushrooms. I have looked at a few other Casinos, but they're in-land and the nearby riding sucks... They're cheap though! The venues are massive... we will likely park in a parking garage and then hang by a pool, or other common area. Some of these hotels are so big that you'd probably only see half of the guys who attend. I think that looses the spirit of the Jam.

I am also looking at camp grounds... the drawback there is that there aren't any next door gas stations or restaurants.

I'm not saying there's no other location to host the Jam in the future, but I am saying that's it's not gonna be a quick and easy find. Open to suggestions if you've got them!

So, for 2025 we have decided that the Topaz is a tough spot to beat!

They’re super accommodating, the venue is an awesome setup for our group, the rates are low, the dates are actually timed well with the million other events during the summer, and the riding up in NV/CA is rad. We have it pretty f**kin good!

More to come on that as we continue to look at other possibilities in the future.

I’ll see you in 2025 at the Topaz!
