Shipping policy
Fulfillment
- We do not ship out on weekends. Order fulfillment can take 1-3 days typically when we are in the shop during the week.
- Pre-order items on new drops may not be in-stock yet. This may cause a delay in shipping. I typically send these out as soon as I get them in my hands.
- I travel and ride a lot. I am often the only one who fulfills orders. It could be a week or two depending where I am in the world. Shoot me an email. If you need something urgently, message me first.
- We aren't Amazon with a huge fulfillment team... If you order something on Sunday and hit my up on Monday to ask why it hasn't shipped yet I will judge you in my head, talk shit about you to my wife and friends and then consider refunding your order. Don't be an asshole.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic Shipping:
- Ground shipping typically takes 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
- All of our orders will ship from our Auburn, CA warehouse
Processing Times:
- Regular processing times for orders selecting the UPS Ground option at checkout are 1-2 business days.
- Once shipped, UPS Ground delivery can take between 1-5 business days.
Expedited Shipping:
- For faster delivery, we offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air options.
- Expedited orders are prioritized and expedited through our warehouse.
- Delivery for expedited shipping typically takes 1-2 business days, not including the fulfillment period.
Important Note: We do not offer refunds on packages marked as delivered. For missing package claims, we will work with UPS to investigate, and if warranted, submit a replacement order.
International Shipping
Duties and Taxes:
- International orders may be subject to duties and fees imposed by local tax authorities.
- Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied upon delivery.
Processing and Delivery Times:
- Regular processing times for international orders vary between 1-3 business days.
- Shipping times do not include customs clearance, which may vary.
